twice i called this company and they left me waiting for almost 2 hours. both times they tried to tell me that they had already been there,but i was outside watching and they did not come. i called back 4 times both times. they hang up on you before you are done talking and payphoes are not cheap. they used to be reliable and i always tip, i dont know what the recent lapse in good service is all about but i hope it is not a permanet thing. my children and i had to walk home last night after waiting almost two hours 8:30pm-11:00pm and we had heavy stuff. they really let me down
