Never had a problem with these guys. Longest I've ever waited is maybe 15 min. Cab drivers are always cool. Unlike jimmies were I've had to call multiple times for a no show

Atwater Cab is one of the best cabs in Baltimore County. When I called for one a few weeks ago, they said 10-15 minutes only to pull up less than 2 minutes after the call. Those who wait 20-25 minutes are impatient and doesn't realize they were others dealing with the same situation you were dealing with. Anytime after an hour is worth complaining about. more

This is the worst taxi service I've ever encountered. 2 and a half hours my foolish self waits for them. I called back twice and kept getting ""they are on their way"" WTF? Really!! My car is in the shop... I just want to go home...I am stuck a work. I am here long enough as it is!!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I called Jimmies Cab and the lady told me 15 minutes that was 10 minutes ago...oh wait...Jimmies is pulling up as we speak!!! more

Unbelievablely Aweful. 6/28/2010

So I get out of work and my ride's not there. It's 90-some degrees outside and it's about to rain. What do I do to get home? Call a cab, I call them up, they say we're sending one, 20 minutes later, nothing, still waiting. Pros: Nothing Cons: Threats, obscenities, fines for cancelation, lateness. more

absolute worst 6/18/2007

Called 3 times before getting picked up ... driver was obviously under ther influence of some kind of substance and or booze. If you don't mind taking your life in your own hands then call this company. offer the person answering the phone a ""TIP"" and you'll definatly get picked up quicker................ the Worst Call someone else!!!!! no show 1/1/2005

twice i called this company and they left me waiting for almost 2 hours. both times they tried to tell me that they had already been there,but i was outside watching and they did not come. i called back 4 times both times. they hang up on you before you are done talking and payphoes are not cheap. they used to be reliable and i always tip, i dont know what the recent lapse in good service is all about but i hope it is not a permanet thing. my children and i had to walk home last night after waiting almost two hours 8:30pm-11:00pm and we had heavy stuff. they really let me down Cons: , dont come, lie more
