I came to Highlands with my boyfriend for an anniversary dinner and after not wanting to wait the 1 hour+ wait at WindanSea, we decide on Bahr's. We really enjoyed sitting right on the water and had a great night for it. But their waitstaff is clueless. We were sitting for 10 minutes before anyone talked to us. Another 10 before they brought bread and 20 minutes before they gave us utinsles after we asked repeatedly for them. I loved my dinner, the crab cakes with honey mustard. My boyfriend got the fried oysters which weren't as good. The waitress than rushed us through our dinner and waited at the table when she gave us the check. Great dinner but the service was really frustrating.
