This place needs some ambiance! The layout is awkward, you can't see the cakes in the case without hunching down awkwardly (please put the cakes at the front of the display), the cakes are served on cheap childhood picnic paper plates, and the cakes that were cut and on display were covered loosely with saran making them look old and goopy. Lighting is horrid and table tops have no style, which is why nobody probably eats there. However, the cakes we tried were fairly good, albeit a little too chocolaty...I like my chocolate with a little darkness balanced with lightness so it doesn't feel like a brick falling down my stomach. The cakes seemed to be more about substance than style, which is good fix for a sweet tooth rather than an elegant refined dessert.
