The warm yellows of the walls and gracious smiles of the servers at Giorgio's made a wonderful welcome into a quaint yet upscale dining area as we were promptly seated by the host. The fare is not for the very finicky as non-traditional meats such as buffalo and guinea hen speckled the menu. The skatefish was flaky and cooked to tender perfection. Their chive gnocchi lightly tossed in a creme fraiche sauce drizzled with truffle oil left my palate wanting more, despite my incessant reach for their surprisingly tasty, yet airy bread. Their panna cotta washed any hunger away with its creamy and delicate texture, perfectly balanced with the rasberries laced within. Although pricier than many places, Giorgio's makes splurging on your tastebuds unforgettable.
