Kelly's Roast Beef is somewhat of a legend in and around Boston. Despite the nostalgic love for this restaurant that many Bostonians have, the roast beef is good but over priced. In fact the entire menu is anything but a bargain. My wife and I recently dined there and ordered roast beef sandwiches, fries and drinks and the total was ~$30. The atmosphere is paltry -- dirty floors and tables and a McDonald's like feel, although the food is not ""fast"" to arrive. I scratch my head everytime I see a full parking lot. With so many alternatives, especially north of Boston, I don't know why people keep returning to Kelly's.
Pros: ample parking
Cons: , atmosphere
