I have written more than a few reviews on Vincent. After visiting again tonight (we go every six weeks or so), I feel the need let everyone know this is one of MSPs best restaurants. Vincent will change his menu occasionally and with this comes a new ""something different"" appetizer. Tonight it was a braised tripe dish that could compare with the best of them. In the past it has been duck gizzard confit, sauteed sweetbreads, and braised pork belly. All of them deserve recognition. We love eating at the bar where it feels much more homey than the dining area. Try it sometime!
