1. It was all about us, and our learning experience. We chose the menu, so there isnt that 1 thing we would never make again like with the big group classes 2. They came to us, which I loved. It also was just more comfortable to learn in my kitchen, versus some place I have never cooked before. 3. We could relax and have a glass of wine during the class. 4. They are not about selling you any gadgets. 5. The food is REALLY good, the ingredients top quality, and its fun and very encouraging. I actually USE their recipes over and over. (I recommend the roasted vegetables; pasta with English peas and prosciutto and the turkey meatloaf with sundried tomatoes.) 6. They do the dishes!
I have taken 4 classes so far and will take more. So what do I think? 10 out of 10.
