Fresh Approach Cooking

1. It was all about us, and our learning experience. We chose the menu, so there isnt that 1 thing we would never make again like with the big group classes 2. They came to us, which I loved. It also was just more comfortable to learn in my kitchen, versus some place I have never cooked before. 3. We could relax and have a glass of wine during the class. 4. They are not about selling you any gadgets. 5. The food is REALLY good, the ingredients top quality, and its fun and very encouraging. I actually USE their recipes over and over. (I recommend the roasted vegetables; pasta with English peas and prosciutto and the turkey meatloaf with sundried tomatoes.) 6. They do the dishes! I have taken 4 classes so far and will take more. So what do I think? 10 out of 10. more

With the holidays coming up, I was really in a rut. I entertain a lot and everyone had already tried all the dishes I make. For my anniversary, my husband got me a series of six classes from Fresh Approach. I looked at the website and got to talking to Rachel. I was really excited. She brought some really good recipes to the table and gave me excellent pointers to streamline my cooking, plus it was really fun. Having an expert like Rachael made it feel like I was learning too. I am entertaining people this month and I can't wait to use all my new recipes and ideas that I learned from Fresh. As a wedding gift, a friend got my husband and I a series of six classes from Fresh. It was so fabulous! We worked with the chef to come up with recipes we wanted to learn (it was hard to narrow down, since all the choices sounded SO good) and then worked out a schedule. The recipes were all really easy (they definitely catered to my skill level) and delicious. I feel so much more comfortable in the kitchen now. I think I use one of the recipes we learned almost every week! The chef who came was really sweet and absolutely knew her stuff. Overall, I thought it was a terrific class and recommend it all the time; it was SO personalized and relaxed and the food really was amazing. They earn a perfect 10 from us!
