My wife and I recently stayed at the Carlton Hotel and were delighted when we found that Saha had opened. Prepare yourself to be amazed by the delightful combination of ancient flavors brought to our table by Chef Mohammed. If you enjoy eating meat, you can't go wrong with the Lamb Tagine. Among the small plates, the Tiger Prawns and the Ravioli in Mango Sause will blow your mind. We enjoyed the food so much that we returned a second evening to savor Mohammed's magnificent cuisine. The food is really spectacular.
