We had an emergency, after speaking with the on call tech, he said he would call back in 30 minutes and he would then come out immediately. He did not call back, he did not come. I could not get ahold of him at all. The next day, when i get ahold of him he told me it would them be 24-48 hours, when it was his irresponsibility of not coming when he said he would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
