We had an emergency, after speaking with the on call tech, he said he would call back in 30 minutes and he would then come out immediately. He did not call back, he did not come. ...

Very good customer service 1/26/2007

I have been very pleased with the service we have received from Pearce. We purchased a home with an older system that was installed and maintained by Pearce. We've had several instances when the system had trouble. Each time we've called Pearce, they've had someone come out that day. While our older system needs to be replaced pretty soon, we want it to last a little longer, and Pearce has been great to keep it going for us...they've also given us estimates for a new system, but no pressure to move faster than we want to. UNRELIABLE 12/22/2004

We had an emergency, after speaking with the on call tech, he said he would call back in 30 minutes and he would then come out immediately. He did not call back, he did not come. I could not get ahold of him at all. The next day, when i get ahold of him he told me it would them be 24-48 hours, when it was his irresponsibility of not coming when he said he would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Cons: , Difficult, Poor Customer Service more
