I really like the idea of combining fermented products (i.e. cheese, beer and wine). The cheeses (which are all wonderful) are made even more interesting when combined with sides like dried cranberries reconstituted in tea infused with orange zest. The beer selection (a combination of German, Belgian and American) are nothing new to the Philly bar scene however the wine selection is good, broad and rotates fairly quickly. Customers are also provided with top flight stemware. The balance of the food menu is unremarkable. For instance I expected fresh Proscuitto and instead received sauteed chunks on a sandwich that came with asparagus. The atmosphere is very breezy and unpretentious.
