As a wedding gift, a friend got my husband and I a series of six classes from Fresh. It was so fabulous! We worked with the chef to come up with recipes we wanted to learn (it was hard to narrow down, since all the choices sounded SO good) and then worked out a schedule. The recipes were all really easy (they definitely catered to my skill level) and delicious. I feel so much more comfortable in the kitchen now. I think I use one of the recipes we learned almost every week! The chef who came was really sweet and absolutely knew her stuff. Overall, I thought it was a terrific class and recommend it all the time; it was SO personalized and relaxed and the food really was amazing. They earn a perfect 10 from us!
