I have now eaten at the three Vallejo's in the downtown Sacramento area. I at at the one at 1331 O Street today and while the food was pretty good, the service was lousy. Things that should have been included in the dish were not and the waiter kept asking ""did you not find it in there?"" after he was told that something was missing. We wouldn't have told him something was missing if it weren't. I recommend that the owner(s) of the Vallejo's Mexican Restaurant at 1331 O Street, either hire new employees or retrain them.
