When ever I need to but auto parts and if I cannot find it at Kragen I will go to Pep boys because they are bigger and the service there is quick. The last time I went there was probably over a year ago when I had to buy a new battery for my car. The guy who took my order said it would take about 1.5 hours to install my battery. That day I was running late for an appointment and I told the guy my situation. HE was so nice that he bumped me up and I got it done in less that 30 minutes. I like Pep boys because you can get more than just your battery installed there. It is a one stop shop deal and the customer service is excellent
