Being a Chef from the Big Island of Hawaii, I visit the City several times a year, looking for new ""finds"" for the palet. Chef Mohamed has chrafted a unique and delicious culinary experiance for you. Presentation and color is excellent. Texture matched to flavor perfectly. Out of several entre's, my personal favorite is the Curry dish, with tofu and squash. The Ravioli w/ mango sauce deserves special mention. Oh, and you will probably be asking for more of the delicious Focaccia bread because you WILL NOT want to waste any of the sauce...I will return...
