Django has such a unique offering of dishes, that are unsurpassed. At othe restaurants, you have to search for the one or two dishes that are truly different. At Django, everything has a slight twist and is mouthwateringly good. We were sat promptly at 5:30, per our reservation a month in advance. The squab terrine was PHENOMENAL, as was my scallops entree (always is, even though the menu changes monthly). The cheese plate is so well done, complete with honey, hazelnuts, figs, and crisp apple slices.
