Easily one of the finest restaurant in the Front Range.
While some of the portions are small the are of the finest quality, i.e. the foie gras.
Extrememly articulate and well versed wait staff, though things can go a bit awry for the pre theater menu. The classics are beautifully done, as in the caviar presentation, and the avant guard a delicately balanced chilean sea bass, euasian style nage with a micro julienne of scallions and sweet peppers.
Desserts are sublime with a whimsical flair in the presentation.
An all around winner, far better than the highly rated mediocority so common in this city.
Pros: FOOD, quality ambience, stellar service
Cons: none, none, none
