About 8 months ago I commented on Ruam Mit Thai Cafe as being quite average, especially when comapring them to Thai restaurants on the east coast. I must say that after a few repeat visits, RMTC has grown on me. It is still not the place to visit for a dining experience (drab atmosphere, indifferent wait staff) however the food is quite authentic. Pad Thai excels as does Pork Woon Sen which was spicy and flavorful. The very fresh spring roll appetizers are great. Get past their shortfalls and this is one of the better ethnic places in town.
Pros: Authentic Food, Spicy When Necessary, Value
Cons: SERVICE, No Liquor, Parking on Xcel Night
