Probably the only restaurant serving traditional Tamil fast food, including vaddas, idli, masala dosa. All of it is prepared to order. The batter is made from scratch and isn't sitting around all day. The falooda - a milk, rosewater, and basil seed drink with icecream - is very good and can't be found anywhere else in miami. Raja also makes your garden variety north indian food - curries, birianis, tandooris, etc. However he prides himself on his vegetarian cooking that he serves, cafeteria style, on weekdays. I suggest calling in advance for the tamil specialties so that you're not kept waiting.
