I went to the grand opening of Rick's 6/23/03 and received poor service from the waitress and Rick. We waited for an hour for our food, which was room temp by the time we received it. We were told we only waited 20 min. We asked to see Rick and he too told us we only waited 20 min. We ordered at 6:15 and our food came at 7:20. You can do the math. Then Rick congratulated us on being his first complaint. I found that to be extremely rude. He wasn't aplogetic in the slightest bit. Poor service and a rude owner equals no repeat visits to any location by my family!
