I've been to this location at least three times for business meetings. At both times, staff does not acknowledge you, orders were taken incorrectly (you got fish instead of steak), and refills don't come timely. Staff was difficult to understand and meat was not cooked to request. At our last visit, our chef accidentally throw food at guest and had the wrong order taken for six out of ten guest. When we asked for the manager (three times) she offered no apologies stated our chef is one of the best and had been there for more than 5yrs, and she reluctantly gave five dollars off our meal-we were still charged for a required gratuity tip for terrible service. Our company now goes to Kanki at the mall-much better service at crabtree mall. Pros: resonable food cost, Large food portions Cons: Rude manager, chefs will ignore you, slow service more
