This was truly an unenjoyable dining experience. From the terrible service, to the poor food, to the rude attitude of the restaurant staff when we brought all this to their attention, this restaurant not only shouldn't but can't last long in this competetive market. The apps and the meal came in piecemeal fashion even after complaining about it. The manager then lied to us twice telling us a)the restaurant didn't have certain items which half of us had already eaten during our appetizers and b)the restaurant made an exception for an 8 person party (the tables are clearly intended to seat large parties). The waitress neglectfully included an undelivered appetizer on the bill. The manager had the audacity to add the automatic 20% gratuity which we had never been informed of. Then the manager basically told us she didn't believe the service was as poor as it was.
