Other than the place looking OK, the staff is attractive....but boy is the food & service LESS than medicore! Even worse, the service was sub-par. And the management need to learn what man and customer service mean!! When you live in a city like LA, with restaurant popping up all the time, you have to strive to stay on top. I would be surprised if Firefly can outlast the accomplished restaurants in the city. I would be embarrassed if I worked at, managed, or owned this place...
