I have lived in the Jacksonville area for a little over three years, and besides that have only lived in New York. From what I have seen here, Al's Pizza is the best in the first coast. However, it has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They're slow as anything, full of excuses, and rude. The worst, is their delivery process. One night, I ordered a pizza at 5 pm and didn't get it until after 11. They put you on hold for rediculous amounts of time when you call, and are incredibly rude about it. Even though they have the best pizza in town, do not go there because the poor experience is just not worth the trouble. The best branch seems to be in Ponte Vedra, and the worst, by far, is in Atlantic Beach, however, if you do choose to go.
