The only reason I return to this Long Island dud is because it is the only Japanese restaurant I know of in NY that serve Soba soup which I love and is their only asset. It is packed all the time but I can't help but wonder why. The food is very bland, especially the yakitori and even the samurai steak could use a bit more marinade. The sushi is a bit of a let down as well especially the tuna which never seems to be fresh. The service is slow and the teenage wait staff are a bit rude. There are far better Japanese restaurants on Long Island, this one is not one I would recommend.
Cons: Bland atmosphere, Insufficient parking, Rude wait staff
