The server gave us great detail about the wet-aged beef and high-tech cooking process, but the bottom line is that my signature, medium rare, rib-eye steak seemed charred on the outside.
I guess I was just expecting more.
On the bright side, the atmosphere is great, dark wood, and cozy, and the service is absolutely perfect.
