We went to Bacio based on reviews from this site and we were not disappointed. We were both in the mood for meat . . . I had the NY strip and my fiancee the filet mignon. Both were tastey and cooked exactly as we asked. Both the Bacio and Ciao Baby salads were excellent and great values. With dinner we had the '96 Caymus, a great wine that I could tell was well cared for (check out the wine storage units in the back) and the mark up was reasonable. When we asked to eat at a leisurely pace the server kept in touch with us but let the food settle between courses. The flourless chocolate cake was great!
