After hearing great reviews about this place, I decided to check out this french take on tapas. The decor is warm and hushed, with beautiful light fixtures, red walls and interesting artwork. The crowd is more mature but the kind of eclectic east bay set that I would expect. The food in general was quite tasty, especially the pommes frites with aioli. I could have eaten the whole plate by myself. The service was good but not the warmest. But overall a great dinner.
Pros: great ambience, interesting food
Cons: no reservations
