Slow and hapless service, the absence of any visible management and disorganized seating make patrons feel that they've wandered into a student-run coffee shop, operated by freshmen on financial aid for whom this is their first-ever job experience. The food is decent but the menu is limited to an eclectic mix of tapas. Definitely more lounge than restaurant, table seating is minimal. Not a destination in times of rain or cold weather: The vast majority of dining space is outdoors, perhaps the equivalent of 3 couches and one large table of seating is indoors by a nice fireplace.
Pros: Convenient valet, Appendage to a hotel, Good "tapas"
Cons: Awful service, Disorganized seating, Sparse, weak crowd
