From the first bite into the perfectly cooked rib eye (black and blue), I knew that I had reached Nirvana. This was the ultimate steak, perfectly cured in brine and then seared just enough to give the meat a hint that it had been introduced, albeit breifly to fire. This amazing steak was perfectly complimented by an assortment of side dishes including tender and tasty lobster medallions. For a perfect evening, the steak must follow the famous three forks salad--a marriage of blue cheese and crisp, green apples. It is a great place for two to dine, or to take a group.
