The true test of any restaurant is its ability to withstand the test of time. Backwoods Inn continues to draw a consistent crowd despite the slew of new restaurants in the SCV.
The atmosphere is cozy and fun. Drinks are great. But the best thing about the place is the food. I go back and forth between the Petite Filet Mignon and the Teriyaki Top Sirloin. Both are fabulous. The stuffed potato is a treat and salad is consistently good. The dessert tray offers 6 or more choices and I'm almost always happy with what I choose.
I will be enjoying Backwoods Inn for years to come and introducing it to as many people as I can. It's nice to see an independent restaurant thrive.
