When my wife and I went into the restaurant, no one came to help us until we started to walk around and a passing waiter said sit anywhere. Notices are posted that 18% gratuity is included in the total bill so the staff works to minimally please diners. We ordered 6 oysters that tasted great so we asked to make it a dozen. Our waiter told us he would charge for the 2 halves and when we asked if there was any way to avoid this, he came back to us saying the manager said no. The drinks are small and expensive ($7 per disposable plastic cup). Twenty minutes after my wife and I finished eating, I had to wander around the restaurant to find our waiter who was hanging out with the rest of the staff. This was on a Saturday night @ 8pm; there were empty tables everywhere.
