All of my steak experiences (except one) at The Outback have been great. I order the 12-oz prime rib. Sometimes I will order the 16-oz if I want a midnight snack that night. I ask that it be seasoned, and prepared medium, otherwise, they will not season it and it will be bloody. (I am not a vampire and I also don't want E-coli). It is very delicious, tender, and juicy. Go for it!
