It's difficult to find a Thirfty's around town nowadays, but when I do, no matter how overstuffed or full I might be from a meal, I almost always make an effort to get an ice cream scoop from here. The Mint and Chocolate Chip is the best! The ice cream is soooo cold and refreshing and it doesn't have a generic processed taste like store brands or other parlors. Plus the people at Thrifty's always packed your cone with the ice cream, so you knew you were getting your money's worth!!
