As someone who travels as part of my career, I am fortunate to dine in some very amazing places. Giorgio's is one of those places. This is not simply a place to eat, but a place to experience. The menu is both innovative and addicting - I dream about their denver-cut veal medallions (fall/winter menu). The staff is courteous and well-informed about all aspects of the menu including preparation and content. Most important though is the ever-present owner Giorgio Kawas. Each time I visit he greats me by name and makes a point to stop by the table at least twice during my stay. Giorgio's has an hand-selected wine list fit for all budgets. Dining at Giogio's makes everyday a special one!
