Cooking is precise and creative, while remaining true to its origins. Service is seriously below par, with sour faces and superficial knowledge of the menu. The décor seems to have been collected from neighborhood garage sales (and don't tell me that this is a Brasserie, I have spent enough in those to tell that the decor is simply cheap).
Lastly, the large number of perfect ""10"" here tells more about the naivety of restaurant goers in Philly, than the actual quality of Django. That said, it's still one of my favorite places in this city.
