Vincent is my favorite restaurant by far. I dream about the way he does the scallops, perfectly seared and tender - no one does it better. If you want value eat at the bar - or in the bar - where you can get great homemade pate, real garlicky escargot and fabulous frites while looking at a picture of Vincent's grandmother and father plucking a chicken at their home in SW France! Vincent's personality shines through especially when he visits your table to make sure everything is perfect. This restaurant is a reflection of a chef's personality - one of the best treasures we have in the Twin Cities. Really great food at a tremendous value for the quality.
