I reserved a King bed/non smoking room. When I arrived at 3pm to check in I was told that all they had were King/smoking rooms. They said it would be about 15 minutes for a non smoking room to be ready. Came back @3:30pm and was told non smoking rooms were not available but it would be about another hour..We left for dinner & a concert & returned at 12:30AM and still no there was no room ready for us. . We finally got a room after waiting a few more minutes and the room were were given had no bathtowels. The service is TERRBILE!!! THE ROOMS ARE NOT WELL PREPARED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP!
