THE WORST! 8/25/2002

I reserved a King bed/non smoking room. When I arrived at 3pm to check in I was told that all they had were King/smoking rooms. They said it would be about 15 minutes for a non smoking room to be ready. Came back @3:30pm and was told non smoking rooms were not available but it would be about another hour..We left for dinner & a concert & returned at 12:30AM and still no there was no room ready for us. . We finally got a room after waiting a few more minutes and the room were were given had no bathtowels. The service is TERRBILE!!! THE ROOMS ARE NOT WELL PREPARED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP! Cons: staff, rooms more
