i first tried bucca when it first opened and the waits were two hours or more on a weekend night. however, the wait was worth every minute. the staff brought out their pizza to serve to us hungry 'waiters.' i thought that this was great customer service and i didn't hear any complaints from the other patrons. if it's your first time there, you get the grand tour which starts right in the kitchen, the most important place in the restaurant. the staff is so sure that it is offering the best food that they have put a 'kitchen table' right across from the chefs so you can see everything. as for large parties, this place is built for it. i've attended birthdays with parties of at least eight and bucca makes sure that no one is left out and that there is plenty of space for everyone.
