My husband and I were shopping for end tables, coffee tables & sofa tables for 2 rooms in our new house. The salesperson was wonderful to work with, and they delivered the items for free. Once delivered 2 of the items had some flaws, and the deliverymen overheard me tell my husband I wasn't real happy with the pieces.. It was after 5:00pm on a Staurday (98 deegrees!! HOT), and two of the nicest delivery men I have EVER met went back to the warehouse that night and returned with brand new furniture. They did not have to do this, but freely offered. They returned within in a hour. I have never been so impressed with a furniture store. I have dealt with several "High Price" stores with considerable less service and I spent more at those stores. Price does not determine service at BF Myers!
