We love the Salish Lodge Farmer's Breakfast and we go there quite frequently.
But, the last time we went to the Lodge Restaurant, we had the most enchanting surprise: Hot Chocolate prepared at our table by the restaurant manager. He used a very rare chocolate pot and mixed a totally decadent chocolate with cream, milk and other ingredients. The result was purrrrfect. The best we have ever tried anywhere in Europe or elsewhere.
