Had booked and then cancelled two rooms at the Drake. Lost cancellation number during a move and when they charged me for two no-show nights, they refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake without me ""proving"" it. If they treat people who stay at their hotel as poorly as they treat people who pay for *not* staying there, BEWARE.
