Papago is hands-down the best public course in Phoenix. Challenging holes, solid fairways and greens and plenty of hazards to keep even the best golfers second-guessing their club selection. As an added bonus, many golfers choose to walk instead of riding in the cart, making for a much more exhilarating round.
