This is not the place where to take your vegetarian friends. This place is all about delicous meat. The salad bar is quite good, fresh mozzarella, marinated asparagus, and much more. Everything on the salad bar is top notch and high quality. All meals come with the best pop overs, fried polenta, and fried bananas. The gaucho servers will fill your plates continuously with some of the best grilled meat. Much better than Radizio Grill, higher quality of meats, brighter decore, and better service. If you are a meat lover this is the place to go.
