Hilltop can do no wrong with there cuts. There prime rib melts in your mouth and not in your wallet. On a reasonable wekkend menu you can get Prime rib for under ten bucks 16 ounces no less. The meal is amazing starting off with incredible rolls and butter. I personally stack up on these but always find room for the steak and three sides. Oh yes, they also have the best steak fries.
Pros: cheap, authentic, keeps them coming
Cons: can't ride the cows, parking always packed, you can't stop eating
