My wife and I love to go to Carmine's. We now are making up ""special occasions"" just so we have an excuse to go! The foie gras is unbeatable, and the daily specials are almost always worth trying. Chef Mims's lobster with coconut sweet rice topped with fried oysters may have been the best entree I've ever had. A hidden gem.
