You're lucky if you get a little more than a handful of stores open. Most are slated for the end of this year or sometime next year. I suppose this is what they mean by window shopping since you can't get in and are forced, literally, to look at the windows. It seems like it will be great someday, but right now, it's like walking on a movie lot. Everything looks real from the front, but there's nothing inside.
